ICW is hosting their 7th Annual Fittest Company Challenge on Friday October 18th from 1-3pm at our Kendall Square location. Companies throughout the years have loved the challenge as a team building and fun event to connect with each other while making a community impact. Each company fields a recommended 5-10 employees to participate in the Fittest Company Challenge. Prior to the event, depending on sponsorship level, we'll provide group workouts for your participants to prepare for the event. On the big day, all companies will arrive to ICW - Kendall Square for an intro & warm up. Each team will rotate through a variety of challenges, which we keep secret until the event, but will entail a combination of strength, conditioning, and mental power. At the end of the event, all of the groups come together for a cool down and award ceremony, with the winning team earning a trophy and bragging rights!
