Breaking News!: ICW Makes Grand Appearance WCVB Channel 5
In Case You Missed It:

Last week, ICW was featured on WCVB Channel 5 Boston news in a “5 for Good” segment. Friend of ICW and legendary WCVB news host Erika Tarantal stopped by ICW Savin Hill to connect with some of the ICW team for the segment, which can be found in full here.
Branden, one of our trainers at ICW SH, broke down his journey to ICW with Erika: "I wasn't into the right things,” he said. “Now, I'm around the right people that got me onto the right things, and ICW's a part of it."
In under a year, Branden has become a standout at ICW Savin Hill and beloved by his clients, including Yvette Terry who WCVB tapped to speak on her experience. "I trust that not only does he know what he's doing, he knows what my goals are,” she said. “It's my journey and he's happy to just be a part of it. That's his motto."
Rahul Dhanda, co-founder of Syntis Bio and friend of ICW, spoke on ICW’s involvement within his workplace as one of their corporate amenities as well describing how the benefits of ICW go both ways, something that we at ICW frequently stress. By working with ICW, you are creating life changing relationships for both yourself, and your trainer.
Thank you again to Erika and WCVB5 for helping amplify the ICW story. Please check out the rest of the feature linked above and share throughout your networks to continue to extend the reach of ICW.

https://kasinoporadca.com came to mind when I read Branden's quote about being around the right people, because that shift from environment to mindset is usually the hardest part of any turnaround story. What struck me is how Yvette framed her trust in him around knowing her goals rather than just his credentials, which says a lot about what actually keeps people showing up. The corporate angle with Syntis Bio also made me think about how many companies overlook the relationship side of wellness perks.
It's inspiring to see such positive stories emerging from ICW, especially Branden's journey and the impact he has on his clients. The focus on creating meaningful relationships truly resonates. Speaking of connections, I recently came across a resource about AI companions that offer emotional support and entertainment, which can be explored at https://iknowai.tools/category/character-ai-tools/. It's fascinating how technology can also play a role in enhancing our interactions. Keep up the great work!
Wow, what a fantastic feature for ICW on WCVB! It’s inspiring to see organizations that uplift communities. By the way, while we're boosting our minds and bodies, I've been obsessed with quordle lately—perfect for those quick brain workouts between lifting sessions! 🧠💪
Seeing the team featured on WCVB is a fantastic milestone for the organization. Growth and community impact often require stable financial backing for social initiatives to truly scale effectively, much like the structural support needed for any developing organization.
